Neil Payne

Neil Payne officiated several levels of football beginning in 1957, working with the MFOA for 23 years. He served as MFOA President for two years. Following his time in the MFOA, Neil worked in the CFL for 20 years, also serving as the Supervisor of Officials and the Director of Officiating. Neil’s resume includes working several National championships (Juvenile, Senior, Intermediate, 3 Junior and 4 Grey Cups). Overall Neil worked over 200 regular season and playoff games for the CFL. He has been inducted into the Football Manitoba Hall of Fame.
